Order Processing

Orders will be processed within 5-7 business days after full payment is received. Handling time of DHL Global Shipping may take up to 3 days due to COVID-19. Tracking number will be updated as soon as it's available.

Products from the same order may arrive from different fulfillment centers, or at different times based on item availability.

If the item you ordered is temporarily out-of-stock, you will be contacted by our customer service representatives. You can choose to wait for restocking or cancel the order.

About Shipping

Our goal is to ensure that the items are delivered to our customers as quickly as possible.

All products sold on ikier.com are guaranteed to be delivered within 30 days. If you have not received your products after this time, you are entitled to a full refund after a postal inspection.

About import tax

Any goods sent from our US warehouse or European warehouse are duty-free, and customers do not need to deal with import duties.

Any goods sent from a Chinese warehouse to your country may incur customs duties, according to the customs policy of your country.

Shipping Methods & Shipping Time

a. Total delivery time = Processing time + Shipping time

Processing time = the time between the time you place your order and the time of shipment
Shipping time = the time between shipping and delivery of your order to you

b. Processing Time

In this part we ask you for about 48 hours for quality control and arrange a suitable shipping. After the package is shipped, we will send you an e-mail with the shipping information.

c. Shipping Methods

We normally use DHL UPS FedEx USPS as courier. The shipping methods vary depending on the shipping method / warehouse. Please see the following table for details:

The shipping time is a estimated time. Invalid address, customs clearance procedures, the COVID-2019, the bad weather or other reasons will lead to a longer delivery time than expected.
